Warranty - maintenance service

After delivery and acceptance, a software product will be provided warranty and supported for 12 (twelve) months continuous use by Asia.

 

  • The coverage and content of warranty
    • The coverage of warranty and support of use do not include damages to the software and database due to the fault of Party A, including but not limited, to the following reasons: Virus attack, hardware and server failures, intentional destruction of software and database.
    • Within the warranty and maintenance period, if the software cannot run for any reason, Party B shall re-install the software free of charge.
  • Within the warranty and maintenance period, if the software cannot run for any reason, Party B (Asiasoft) shall re-install the software without any fees.
    • Providing guidance for the users to fix the errors via phone, fax, or email no later than two (02) hours of receipt of the notice.
    • Directly fixing the program at Party A within 01 (one) working day. In case of urgent requests from Party A, Party B shall appoint personnel to Party A within 02 (two) to four 04 (four) hours, if possible.
  • Maintenance service:
    • Asia has developed a software management and customer care system - CRM for short to cater to the management and care of its customers anytime.
    • The maintenance of products will be specified in a separate maintenance contract after the 12 months free warranty expires as agreed by both parties
