1. WARRANTY, SOFTWARE SUPPORT STAFF
Job Description:
– Support customers to use accounting software,
– Guide and update circulars on the software
Job Requirements:
+ Graduated from college or university majoring in accounting, information technology, ….
+ Knowledge of sql
Preference will be given to candidates with experience in using accounting software

2. SOFTWARE DEVELOPMENT STAFF:
Job Description:
– Participate in programming software projects on accounting and business administration.
– Participating in the development and upgrading of software systems.
– Software implementation support.
Job Requirements:
– Graduated from University, College majoring in Information Technology or related discipline.
– Strong programming experience/knowledge such as:
– C#, VB.NET, ASP.Net, fluent in SQL Server;
– Good thinking ability, teamwork or independent, high sense of responsibility.

3. IMPLEMENTATION STAFF
Job Description:
– Planning the implementation and implementation of contracts
– Guide and train customers to use the program
– Combine with other parts (programming, warranty, …) to edit according to customer’s requirements
– Sign the work record after each work with the customer
– Update deployment transactions and deployment status at customers into CRM system
– Other tasks assigned by the Head of Department, Head of Department, Deputy Director or direct director
Job Requirements:
– Graduated from University, College
– Mastering knowledge of SQL, Net database programming, preference will be given to candidates who have knowledge of accounting, sales management, production management, … or have working experience in the field of software deployment management software.

4. SALES STAFF
Job Description:
– Receive customers from Telesales department Switch to, contact, consultation install version demo and customer support.
– Introduce and advise customers on products, services of the company
+ accounting software,
+ Sales and business management software
+ Software, web, …
– Planning and implementing business plans to maintain the old customer system, search for markets, and develop a new customer system.
– Collect, analyze about the market, competitors, products by market segment, customer group, assigned area.
– Receive information, request customers. Contact, answer, consult about product quality, price… for customers. Make sure to respond to customer requests as quickly as possible.
– Periodic and irregular reports on the operation of distribution channels and market conditions; Perform business reports as assigned by the person in charge.
– Perform other duties as requested by the Board of Directors
