Dear: Tax Departments of provinces and centrally run cities.
On November 12, 2010, the Ministry of Finance issued Official Letter No. 15364/BTC-TCT guiding some contents of Circular No. 153/2010/TT-BTC. Due to negligence in the typing process, there are errors at point 5 of the official dispatch, the Ministry of Finance would like to correct as follows:
Typed as:
“For the cases of enterprises that have printed themselves (ordered to print invoices in 2010 in large quantities, by the end of March 31, 2010 the enterprises have not used up their self-printed invoices (ordered).. .”
Now edit to:
“For the cases where enterprises have printed themselves (ordered invoices to be printed in 2010 in large quantities, by the end of March 31, 2011, enterprises have not used up all their self-printed invoices (ordered).. .”
The Ministry of Finance shall notify the Tax Departments.
